  : It was a little to far from the beach, the beds where so uncomfortable especially in the mail bedroom the bed has a hole in the middle of bed. No tvs in bedroom or washer in dryer that was pictured. Recliners didnt fold out and had no handle, the furniture is outdated.

  : The home was not clean for our check-in at 4 PM. A Vacasa representative was at the property and told us that the cleaning crew was running late. She advised us to call Vacasa support and ask for a refund on our cleaning fees. After numerous phone calls/conversations and driving around aimlessly for over 2 hours, the home was finally ready for our arrival. When we arrived to get settled in, the cleaning crew told us that the AC was broken. After speaking with HVAC repair, he stated that he was going to do his best to get it operational but the unit was really old and needed to be replaced. He said that he was not confident that it would work for our entire stay. At this point, we had enough and started looking for a replacement hotel. We were eventually refunded our money (after making several more phone calls and being put on hold) but that doesn't make up for the frustration and lost time while also having to look for another place to stay. It would have been nice if management would have just come clean with us in the beginning that the AC was broken and offered us the option to either wait for it to be fixed or a refund. But instead, they decided for us and we had to wait over 2 hours to find out from the cleaning crew. Instead of wasting 2 hours of our time, I could have found another hotel and already checked in. I would stay away from this home unless there is confirmation that the AC unit has been replaced. And hopefully, the home is cleaned before your check-in time. I personally will never stay with a Vacasa property ever again.

  : Dont rent this house. We shelled out something like $3k for 5 nights and it was in poor condition and uncomfortable. We called the rental company 3 days in a row and they kept telling us they were reaching out to the local management company and then we heard nothing. The floors were filthy - we took pictures of our kids feet to prove it. There were at least 3 lamps missing light bulbs, the diverter in the bathtub was covered with tape so that we couldnt plug the tub to take a bath, one of the beds comforters was falling apart, there were bugs coming out of the other bathtubs drain. The cabinet with the mugs and cups was overflowing and messy. There was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms doors and another lamp in the bedroom was broken along with a night light in the hall. One of the beds was extremely uncomfortable. I am so disappointed in this rental and Ive rented other houses in this area. After calling the rental company 4 days in a row, they finally refunded me a $129 cleaning fee.
