  : Beautifully restored old building. Walk to the streetcar. Nice floorplan with lots of space and so much storage. Nice enough kitchen (with two microwaves but only one worked).
  : Doors of the building require codes but never close all the way unless you really push so lots of time when we entered the building wasn't locked. The lights on the gated parking are on timer but come on at wrong times so its very dark outside the building. The unit smelled like mold and it could be seen outside the vents - they came out to clean upon my request but the ducts really need a deep cleaning. Also the windows could use better curtains especially in the bedroom where black out shades would be helpful especially after those late nights out on Bourbon or Frenchmen St.

  : The space is very modern. It felt more like being in an apartment with hotel amenities than purely a hotel. I brought my mom here for mother's day. She really loved the place.
  : I did see a few insects. The building is old so I expect it but they should really consider treatment for termites. I saw beige skinny bugs with wings around the windows on the first night. I didn't see them the second. Unrelated to insects, I wish there was an additional TV in the bedroom. My mom really likes to lay and bed and watch TV before bed.

  : Everything we needed and a character property
  : Although there was good security facilities the outside pedestrian gate kept being left open. Also the trash compound gate has been vandalised so anyone who knows can enter the compound. The property is located in an edjey area.

  : The bedding was high quality. The mattress was a firm memory foam mattress. The AC was strong but quiet. Sonder's staff was responsive through their app. On-site parking and a central location in New Orleans made many things accessible. The place had tasteful art, a dining table, and a comfy couch. The amenities like soap and shampoo were decent brands. It was a reasonable price for what we got...
  : Significantly few things were well maintained. A car has hit the gated parking keypad pole, so reaching from your vehicle is tough. Most furniture is veneered fiberboard, so the coffee table is bumpy, the cabinet doors are peeling, etc. The walls are so thin that you can make out details from conversations. Our neighbors weren't particularly loud, but I could tell you their names and plans for the day. Doors are loud, so if your room is near the front, you will hear gates and doors slamming at all times. Maintenance was scheduled for the HVAC in the middle of the day, and we had to let them in instead of their staff, so we waited an hour for a filter change. There's a full kitchen in the sense that it has appliances, but there's not much cookware, and unless you buy your oil/seasonings, impossible to do more than reheat things.

  : Registration for the appartment did not work in first instance. The link sent by Sonder was invalid. Second Link then worked to receive the access details for the appartment.

  : The apartment is great for a stay. The building has a private free parking lot for your car. Very stylish.
  : The checkin process is a bit complicated. It takes you from booking to an external web site, where you have to upload your data for online check in. Also you have to download the apartment application. The only bad thing about the place are bathroom doors, that were hard to close.
