  : I got stuck on elevator several times and had to walk 15 flights of stairs just to get to my room and the staff was acting like it wasn't a big deal when it can actually be quite scary. The ac wasn't working and reported it to front desk but no one never showed up to check on it

  : Communication with reservation staff was poor. Could never get ahold of anyone and my booking ended up getting messed up, was never fixed due to poor communication from the property and booking.com and I ended up paying more to stay here….

  : The staff, both day and night shifts, were fantastic. They were helpful and responsive to issues.
  : The elevator broke 4 times that I know of during our 5 day stay, and we were on the 15th floor.

  : I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was near all the places I wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night which made my sleep very restful.
  : The elevator was very slow. The water temperature was very weak.

  : I paid through booking and called days prior to add an additional night to my stay, the heavy set tall guy with glasses (supervisor) checked me in and I also told him as a reminder upon arriving he ok’d everything, come the morning of, he came beating on the door that morning stating “You have 15 minutes to get to the desk to pay for your additional night” (mind you we already talked about this last night and he had payment info). He was very rude for no reason, the girl at the front desk with the braids was EXTREMELY NICE and very much helpful, but her supervisor was not so pleasant, I don’t see how can he be an example for his team with an attitude as such! Also the elevators stopped at every floor and you have to wait so long for it. Shower was filthy, had to clean it myself, the A/C would appear to be on but does not get cool even when changing thermostat. Everything I was able to look pass, except the rude supervisor, I was ready to pack up and leave but my spouse wanted to stay since we had already had everything unpacked and did not feel like packing all that stuff back up and being that most hotels were sold out that weekend, but at that point I was ready to GO!!!!! I would NEVER stay here again because of the supervisor, he’s rude and very unprofessional!!!!
