  : location to public transportation, convenience store, shops, and restaurants
  : I paid extra $25 to check in early at 1300 hours. When I arrived, the room was in shambles: linens & pillows on the couch; trash bins full; dirty bathroom. I had to call for room service. Middle of getting the room cleaned, I got a message that I’d been moved to a different room with smaller balcony. I said I’d rather wait for the room I’d requested for with the big balcony on the 2nd floor. Back and forth conversation: personnel on the phone said they were similar rooms. I told her the balconies were not the same size and I had requested this specific room with the big balcony prior to confirming my stay. Anyway, problem was resolved by the personnel moving me back to the original room I requested and I waited on the balcony until the cleaning lady finished her chores—30 minutes later. I didn’t get a refund on that extra charge for arriving early; my room didn’t get a daily cleaning; I didn’t leave a tip in the room… Attached pictures taken after the cleaning lady finished cleaning.

  : there was only 1 chair on the balcony, no full length mirror in the room... refrigerator was broken so only had a mini fridge. no space to put clothes in. lockers for luggage were all taken

  : The location was everything! It was super spacious, clean and super cute.
  : My doorknob made noise 24/7. Luckily I can sleep through anything. There’s a stove but no oven. You have to call for more linens/towels bc the room is locked. The keypad is annoying when you’re drunk trying to get in. Lol not enough locker space.

  : Great place and would highly recommend it! It was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved having a kitchen!
  : The keypad on the entrance was worn which made it hard to see the numbers and didn't always work. There should also be a light near the keypad. It would have been nice to have another chair or loveseat in front of the tv.
