Stunning Penthouse in the Heart of the City

  : Very spacious and clean. Other than the opportunities listed below, it was ok.
  : The outdoor patio area needs attention. The chair cushions were torn and filthy one table was broken and only 3 chairs. There was mold in the bathroom in the living room area. I called to report the air conditioner unit in the livingroom would not get lower than 77 and no one ever came to fix it or call back. I sent emails about the broken window and no reply.

  : Owner needs to state that unit is on 3rd floor pictures make it appear on 2nd floor. No instructions on where to enter facility to access unit. Needed to know ice maker was not working - no ice. Extra coverings only in only in 2 rooms extremely cold - need to be in EVERY room. Parking needs to be addressed - no signs or street markings- 1 guest towed within 2 hours of arrival and with no violation (she took pictures). Construction debris and many nails on the balcony needed to have been cleaned injury hazard. Broken patio furniture and torn cushions need to be cleaned and cleared. Fireplace in master bedroom does not work and there is no remote for it. Instructions need to be left for Dan fireplace it would come on and then cut off and could not be cut back on. Remote for Den fan did not work change batteries. So many lights and no labels on switches took forever to figure out what switches went to what light switches. Unit was stocked very well with kitchenware coffee and towels. One of the sprinkler heads in the ceiling in the living area is extended into the living area by 1.5 feet with the rotted wood and nails that are on the balcony it would appear that there was recently roof repair or work done someone who was on the race must have pushed the sprinkler through the ceiling. Potential Hazard with location of sprinkler and ceiling fan that should be fixed immediately. Garbage area is at the step entrance into the unit and is absolutely filthy needs to be pressure-washed routinely. Interior of the unit was very clean. When I rented this unit it was advertised as a brand new penthouse within one week of renting the unit the name was changed to stunning penthouse I rented due to false advertisement.

  : Overall the penthouse is nice and I love there are several bathrooms to accommodate the guess
  : The penthouse was nice But there was alot of dust on the room lamps & ceiling fans. There's alot of trash under all the beds.
