  : Rooms was dirty . Had to move rooms. Second room had a horrible smell. But we didn’t have timeTo more room so we just got some candles. It was good but the pool is to small for the amount of people they allow in. We didn’t realize how many units shared the pool. But it’s a nice lil spot. Also they don’t tell you until after you book they want a 500$ deposit

  : The walls are so thin and uninsulated that we heard the other tenants arguing for 4 hours and had to abandon the back bedroom. Had to call the cops. We wanted a quiet residential neighborhood. Anytime the other tenants above or next to us came and went, can hear everything. Then, the construction next door! I'm exhausted

  : Check in was easy enough, and the host will text the code, etc. to get into the property. The house itself was very clean. I can't really say more than this.
  : I didn't know the area was so close to Martin Luther King Jr blvd., which can be a bit rough with the homeless population. That was ok, but the property description said it was it was secured in a gated community. It is not and anyone can walk into the gate to get to the front door. I didn't like how dirty and scuffed the walls were, so aesthetically that should have been addressed/fixed. The "master bedroom" was quite small and there was not enough space for my and my husband toiletries on the counter top. Additionally, there are not 2 nightstands in the "master bedroom", so I had no place to put my phone, glasses, etc. in the room. I had to walk around to the other side of the bed where the only nightstand was. Also they had a lamp on the only nightstand, yet it was not plugged in, nor did I see a plug. There was an extremely bright light that would shine in through the window at night, so it make sleeping difficult. Blackout curtain are a must in this property if there is a floodlight shining directly into the bedroom! The other guest bedroom didn't have a TV, which was odd. For the amount we paid ($1630 for 3 nights) all bedrooms should have TVs. The half bath downstairs had no mirror. We couldn't figure out how to go out the backdoor to get to the courtyard and pool. Finding the pool in general was very confusing. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the family with a screaming baby all night!What really bothered me the most is the hard checkout of 10:00 am! If you check out at 10:01 am, THE PROPERTY WILL CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA DAY! The later you stay, they will add on an extra day rate PLUS an additional $100-$200 dollars! This is absolutely ridiculous and really makes anyone staying in the property extremely stressed out about the checkout procedure. I have never stayed at any facility where you are expected to checkout before 10:00 am to avoid paying for an extra day.
