  : Exactly what we needed for a pre vacation stay. The pool was great, location to the beach was great too. Check in and out was seemless and all done electronically. I can't rate the staff because we didn't see anyone but the cleaning ladies and they didn't touch our room because we were only there for 2 nights.I loved that their was a fridge, microwave and toaster oven. We saw a great sunset too from the parking lot of the motel.
  : The cleanliness could have been better. There was hair on the shower walls and the AC filter was on reset and had caked on dirt on it. Otherwise clean sheets and equipment in the room and the pool was very clean too.

  : Great location, clean, convenient for a quick overnight so we could head down to OBX the day before our rental house was open. Communication through text was good, it's nice to be able to check in online and have a code and not worry about arrival, etc. The higher price is definitely for the location for beach access which wasn't important to us since it was dark when we got there. If I'd through it through I'd probably have opted to stay farther away, but it was clean and cute and met our needs for the one night stop over.
  : I'm glad we were on the very end. It kept our room quiet. It's an older classic style motel so the walls aren't particularly thick (not sure there's much they can do about that) and I imagine if you were in a room between two loud groups it might be noisy.

  : Electrical outlets were sparce and awkwardly located. I could not find the switch to the bathroom fan.
