  : Rude staff - the audacity of the management of the hotel to indicate that there is no reason for a bad rating. How can they dictate my stay in experience and expectations? Bedding and pillows were poor, the sheets were yellow and not white. The pillows were too soft and too big. The bathroom towels were also not white. Very very small bathroom.

  : Shower pressure was nice
  : Towels were replaced with unclean smelly towels. Took them the whole day until we got new ones after an annoying conversation with them, was more like an argument ( felt like being on a playground in primary school arguing with my mates). We then asked them to not replace our towels again and not come into our room for the rest of our stay, which was 2 more days. They came in both days, first day they came in and opened a window that was it. Second day they replaced our towels, even though we were leaving the next day and asked them to not do that. Looked mouldy behind the beds and cupboards as well as dusty Pillows was basically just a sheet no cushion Owners or whoever I was talking to were rude and unhelpful

  : A very clean hotel. Every day cleaning. External rollings - perfect night in the room. Quiet area. Bus station in front of the hotel (not going to a near metro station.... unfortunately). 3 parking spaces in front and many others nearby, free on the street. The key is taken with a code and left at the reception. Not interacted with the bad person others said about.
  : Small bathroom. Room not so big, but just fost 3 nights, for a single person... was ok. A little far from metro station - 850 by foot to bus station. 2 bus station to Giesing Metro station. No breakfast. Everything around closing at 20.00 (except one pizza store - 23.00).
