  : The apartment has a very stylish design with everything you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, wardrobe, etc.The building has its own lobby - workspace, which is really nice, backyard with the parking, not sure if you can use it.
  : I had a problem with laundry:1) It is PAID, which is not mentioned in the description2) Price is 2.5 EUR and it's OK, but you have to pay in cash, no card. It was a pain to find coins exactly 2.5 EUR.The first time I tried to use the washing machine it just ate my money. Customer support didn't help me and just redirected me to the responsible company.

  : The 2 rooms we booked were nice. They were clean and there were some free welcome drinks and snacks provided, which was a nice touch. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights, however.
  : I found the experience dealing with an online checkin very frustrating and overall, we wasted about 3 hours trying to deal with AI and eventually an agent. Had I realized that there was no concierge for checkin, I would probably have chosen another property, especially after the experience I had. It would have been nice to know this before I made the booking. I will avoid this method in the future. We lost 3 hours that could have been spent at Oktoberfest, - our main reason for visiting Munich. I think Booking.com should provide this information before customers book. However, I think that Numa needs to troubleshoot their system to make the checking easier. Perhaps, if I had booked only one room, this issue would not have occurred, because the first room was easy to checkin. The issue occurred with the checkin for the second room.

  : Lovely apartment, very clean n modern. Spacious. They'd thought of just about everything you might need. Nice touch having cool drinks n snacks on arrival. Good prompt contact via watsapp with the team for any issues.
  : Personally, because we're older and not so tech savvy, i think you can't beat an actual person on reception to speak to. We won't use this kind of booking /checking in system again. Nightmare for us to work out the uploading of passports etc
