  : The location is outside the bustle of downtown Moab with the comforts of a home.The staff was quick to come reset the Wi-Fi network upon receiving my report.

  : The water pressure and hot water were awesome. The faucets were very nice. The refrigerator was fine. Sofa was comfortable. Kitchen was well lit. Bathrooms were well lit too. Loved the entry lock.
  : The air conditioner didn't work properly upon arrival (fixed quickly). The air conditioner filters were filthy. My MIL cleaned them. The TV didn't work (fixed quickly). The coffee pot was dirty. My MIL had to clean it before it was used. No dishwasher as advertised. Grill was available, very clean but we couldn't find grilling utensils. The frying pans are horrible. They are all scratched and even have some rust. No supposed to use if coating is scratched. Only half of a broiler pan available. A few plates weren't clean. Beds are awful. Not sheets but comforters smelled musty. So soft and they sink. Towels may have been clean but they had stains and were discolored. Lighting was poor both in front and out back. Also the stove knobs had very faint lettering and to me weren't safe. My MIL contacted them by email asking for some money back. She was told no. If we contacted them we could have been moved. I'm thinking this place shouldn't have been this way in the first place. She also said she can justify everything with Bookings.com. Talked to a neighbor before we left they said there's was the same. I'm usually pretty tolerable of places especially airbnb and vrbo rentals. But to me this was extreme.

  : Despite the description, there was no dishwasher and some of the dishes/glasses looked questionable, so we washed prior to usingThe outdoor space was not inviting - the picture shows the outside of all 4 units, there is not that much outside room for the individual units. There was a bench out front between 2 units, but it was falling apart and we felt it would break if we sat on it. In the rear, there was a small patio, but you have to go through one of the bedrooms to access it (not the master bedroom) and it just had a couple of mismatched plastic chairs. It was adequate size for a small patio, but not really useful for the adults to hang out in the evening as we had to walk through my daughter's room and then sit right outside her windowThere were also more fees than I was expecting (taxes, hot tub fee and cleaning fee), so the price was not such a bargain as I initially thought.

  : We loved the location. So close to everything. Mill Creek hike 5 min drive. Sand Flats 5 min drive. Grocery 3 min drive.
  : They use a very strong cleaner-which I’m not really complaining about. We just had to air out the place for awhile. Rewashed all dishes because I found numerous silverware with food particles. Dining room chairs were stained and pillow case was stained. It just didn’t scream “clean.”
