: Great space layout and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, etc. nice closet space and bathroom was adequate.
: Could have used a sharp knife but thats hard to keep sharp with different people using it. Maybe a nice throw in the couch so we wouldnt have to use the bed spread but that was minimal. The last day there was someone upstairs and that was a problem as you could hear everything. Luckily for us there hasnt been anything upstairs before that during the week. Not sure there is anything you can do about that but it was a problem for us.

: the location was perfect for the folk festival.The kitchen and living room were very comforable. The bed was great.
: the bed frame gives splinters. and the neighbors were a little noisy.

: The location was perfect walking distance to many restaurants and made an easy drive to Arches National park in the AM
: The flat had a bad smell to it. The upstairs neighbors were noisy but we know that the host cannot control that one bit

: They gave me a better place when there was a mix up with my reservation without extra charges. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, the new place was actually quieter and nicer than my original reservations. Purple Sage Flats and Moab Flats are the same company.

: The codes dont change per each booking. I booked the 28th to the 29th on booking.com but somehow the confirmation came out for 29th-30th. We went to the property on the 28th and went into the room with the code given. To our surprise there were people in the and a dog!!! They dont change their codes for every stay, thats INCREDIBLY dangerous. I cannot overstate how horrible that is. I contacted the property through booking.com and they said they would not give any refund. Horrible customer service and just incredibly unsafe situation.
