  : My reservation was missing. The hotel blamed booking.com even though I had a reservation and showed them. I had to make multiple calls to the "manager" and booking.com just to get my room. Then I was double charged

  : The staff wasn’t helpful they could never give us any towels and washcloths. Staff member was supposed to come up and help us with our TV but never showed.

  : The location was great and the reason we chose this hotel. The room was exactly as described.
  : The rooms seemed like they could use a deep clean and some basic maintenance but were overall ok. We booked two rooms and the first was fine. The second one smelled so strongly of smoke that it triggered a friends asthma. They didn’t have another room the size we booked available so they put my friends in a smaller room. The main issue we had was customer service. The first day we realized after showering that our towels would still be damp from humidity. We called and asked for more towels and were told some would be delivered. We left for about six hours and there were no towels, so we called again and they told us we would have to go to the front desk to get them. We went to the front desk only to be told that they don’t have towels at the front desk or even Access to towels. The next Day we got a text at noon saying that requests for housekeeping had to be made before noon (I checked and this wasn’t stated anywhere else). I immediately contacted them to see if we could get housekeeping and they said it was impossible but they would set it up for the next day. Long story short, we were there three nights and never got housekeeping or new towels despite multiple calls. After checkout they tried to charge us a $250 deep cleaning fee because we left balloons on the floor. Nothing was left on walls or anything a broom couldn’t clean up. We just didn’t think popping 100 balloons at 8 am would be a kind thing to do to our neighbors. After an intense conversation they eventually reversed that charge but dealing with their customer service made me never want to work with this establishment again

  : Beautiful view and great location. Very nice sized rooms, with a modern flair.
  : Our room was very dirty. The floors were so bad we had to wear our socks at all times. The person that cleans the room does a very poor job. I booked two rooms and the second room, different building ...not much better. You need to mop the floors thoroughly not just vacuum!

  : The location was perfect right in the middle of the strip on ocean Ave where all the fun was didn’t even have to go out to a club because the club was on the strip.
  : The view was trash and the water pressure of the room we was in was really bad sink clogged up every time I washed my face or brushed my teeth. They only supplied one set of towels for my entire stay. The photos are a little misleading because the room is a lot smaller but it was still a nice room. The only thing that made it worth the stay was really the location.

  : The location was great and right by everything. Staff was nice at front desk.
  : The couches in our room were pretty dirty as well as floor. could be cleaned better especially couches.. As well as the shower being an issue. Shower worked but because of the shape of the shower and there being no shower curtain lining , every time we showered there was puddles everywhere.

  : terrible service from the staff they gave me my room very late my check-in was at 5:00 pm and they gave me the room at 7:30 pm the hotel is one block from the front desk personally I do not recommend it
