  : The only 2 things that were enjoyable was the you d man Henry at the front desk, who was attentive and happy to help, the other was Ana who works at the Bar.
  : Bed bugs, showed me 3 other rooms to try to let me choose a room that was clean and none of them were. There was pubic hair on the covers!

  : The room itself was nice… the location was pretty good for what we wanted. We did not receive what we paid for. We were not given help about the pricing issues. Or any of the other facility problems we encountered.
  : We paid for a room with a balcony, to which we did not receive and no refund. The only thing we were offered was a meal voucher. The complete lack of hospitality. The front desk staff and manger we spoke with were blatantly rude. They tried to say we didn’t pay for what we did and that the balcony room had a “storm.” The first person we encountered at the desk the night of check in accused me of recording him when I took a picture of the amenities for the resort. He yelled amongst many other members of the staff while becoming defensive. It’s hard to find positive things to say about this property. They told me I could only reach out to booking.com about our pricing and funds. The elevator also broke before checkout and they expected us to carry out things down the stairs…which is completely unreasonable with a mobility issue. No one offered to help. We had to convince them to allow a later checkout. The AC also needed fixed in our room during our stay.

  : It was in a very convenient location and the staff was super nice.
  : The rooms were very small and very hot. With 4 people we could barely walk in our room and it was humid in there since the temp would not go under 72.

  : Housekeeping was non existent, walls are paper thin. Great location in South Beach. Very much a party place if that is what you are looking for.

  : They said we could get free coffee and a French baguette, but we were never access to it. The lines were long, so not very good. My guess because it was at a different place
  : The air conditioning did not work properly and the room smelled like mold when they clean the room, they never swept it. I asked downstairs if the board supposed to be getting soap every time they said yes but we never did. And we could never get into the pool it was always some kind of reason for us

  : Room was very small, no dresser room was very plain no soap to wash your hands In the shower there was nowhere to hang your body wash closet door was scraping the ground wasn’t level room didn’t have no microwave no fridge
