  : Front office girl was very knowledgeable and patient.
  : I was able to book a room easily. The website took info to keep on file for easy check in and check out. Booked the room and got our confirmation email. We thought we were all set for a couple days away.(Wrong)When we arrive at the hotel, I go to the front office to give my name and ID they ask for a credit card also. I gave the same card (cash app) that I used to reserve the room online. I was then informed that they do not accept Cash app, Chime etc, only a major CC from a major bank etc that I do not have at the moment. I went back out and in again several times to figure out how to pay for our stay. In the end I find out they do not take Cash app, chime, cash, major CC over the phone. The front office girl whom I can't remember her name but has beautiful teal green hair and is very matter of fact but very kind and knowledgeable, informed me that it's a good thing we did not pay online but chose to pay upon check in because those funds would have been tied up until we received a refund which would be a couple to a few days ....Needless to say, we then had to search and call around to book another room somewhere else. How hard is it to list formes of payment that are and are not accepted on your site? Have a pop up or a denial that informs you that the card you are using to reserve the room will not be accepted for payment upon checking in and/or out? Also needless to say, we were not happy at all.

  : Jordan and Lauren and the young lady that checked us in in the night time were very friendly and that's the only thing that we liked.
  : Well where to begin we didn't like the needle we almost stepped on in our room we didn't like the urine odor that we had to walk into even though we needed a pet room we shouldn't have to walk into that we didn't like the AC unit that went out on us there's way much more I can't put it in just two to three sentences.
