  : Heated pool and jacuzzi, close to freeway, could see my car from our window
  : The room A/C was set on one temp the entire time and it was hot then cold, then hot then cold; the beds were not comfortable; bathtub looked really gross, its old but still looked really dirty, did not want to shower; TV remote only turned the TV on, had to download a remote app to change channels, volume; breakfast was literally a frozen (gross) burrito to microwave, a bag of sliced apples and a really small orange juice, they were out of all cereal except mini-wheats, they were out of oranges and applesauce and poptarts, no option to change items in bags, could only take 1 bag per person, was told a shipment comes in tomorrow. Seems like updates are trying to happen but should be stated online, I definitely would have stayed elsewhere for what I paid.

  : Rooms so poorly lit.. looked dingy. Bathroom door hinge was broken. AC had to be manually controlled

  : The staff was very nice and pleasant. They also had availability on very short notice, which was great.
  : The facility was not very clean. The carpets were disgusting, furniture was worn, sheets were stained, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. It really impeded our comfort level. It also didn’t help that when we arrived there was a police officer there talking to the staff about a person wandering around, high on drugs, foaming at the mouth. Not that the hotel could help/control that… but then one of the staff made a comment that “we have never seen a female officer before- we have only ever had male officers come in” (it was a femal police officer that was there)…so immediately it just made us concerned about the location.

  : It was expensive. $170.00 for one night 3 people. Inflation is ridiculous right now but we can't get a decent room anymore for 100.00

Disappointing

  : Front desk staff was friendly.
  : Pool was closed!!!!! Room was very dim, bulbs burnt out. Hair in the tub (hadnt used it yet!) Fridge wasnt clean. Shower curtain would not stay in place, kept sliding down (shower rod was broken and curved downward). Making sure the basics are in place should be a priority!
