  : We've loved the location, the host (Heike), the mountains and the snow... Value for money in Haus Obernig is great!!!
  : There was no place to have a comfortable seat in the 5-persons apartment; the room in the kitchen has a table with 5 uncomfortable chairs and thats it but the value for money is great and so is the host Heike!!

  : It is a very quiet house with beautiful views toward the Alps. Spacious terrace is available for shared use by the guests. It has a strategic position as the second house on the local street with spacious parking area. Train station is at 5min walking distance and yet across the river whose distant gurgling may be heard.

  : The apartment is very large compared to other options in Mallnitz. There is a kitchen with a sofa, a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a cute little separate bedroom for children, with two regular beds. All other apartments in Mallnitz seem to have just a sofa-bed in the kitchen. For a longer stay, you definitely want a good sleep for everybody, so this is a huge plus. Friendly host, flawless communication. The location, even though away from the center of Mallnitz, is actually great - a quiet place with beautiful surroundings, a bus and railway station nearby, and it's a very nice walk to Mallnitz along the river. The price is very good - but it's definitely not the only advantage!
  : Everything is simple and very old (but then again, everything worked as expected - hairdryer, toaster, oven, etc....only the dishwasher was a bit weird - you had to turn the button to manually advance the stages of the washing programme :-) took me a while to figure out). The Karntencard is not included. There is no electric heater in the bathroom to dry towels. Just a minor complaint: I would appreciate the most basic stuff like salt, sugar and tea in the kitchen...

  : Host Mrs. Heike is absolutely amazing. She is very nice and will help in case of any question. She has very good English so it is not a problem to communicate in case guests doesn't speak German. Apartment was clean and well equipped.
  : There could be more hooks for bath-towels in the bath room.

  : Loved having a kitchen that was well equipped (new cookware & knives, all the basics covered). Easy walk into town/grocery/restaurants. Lovely balcony (shared).
  : Lighting needs improvement. Apartment felt dark, especially with rainy weather.
