  : The hosts are friendly and welcoming. There were there when we reached the property. And also they came at the time we left. Called us on our mobile on the day of arrival. Responded to our calls. Responsible. Reliable people. Property is clean. Bathroom is very spacious. There was a washing machine and a dryer although we did not use those. There were kitchen utensils, towels, bed lines and pillows available. We may visit the place again.
  : This is a flat on the 3rd floor and the outside of the building is not attractive at all. When we reached there, we felt like we have selected a wrong place. Entrance door is also not looking good. There is no life and the stair case is old and dark sometimes. Not good for old people. The outside needs some renovation to attract customers. However, the flat is clean. When we reached inside the flat we thought its a well maintained flat and wanted to stay there. This can be upgraded if they would change the bathroom floor to tiles than wood.

  : Excellent view of Chteau fort de Lourdes. Washing machine and dryer was nice as well as the dishwasher. Great Wifi also. Netflix was available.
  : I gave the landlord a heads-up of our arrival time. When we got to the property, we called because we couldnt find the entrance to the apartment, but no one answered. We asked the hotel nearby and they told us where to go for the entrance. Once there, no one was able to let us in. Called the landlord multiple times. Then I called Booking.com customer service who contacted the landlord for us by phone and email. Booking was prepared to give us a new accommodation, but eventually the landlord messaged us back saying someone was on their way. Overall, waited an hour outside while it was hot and we had elderly and two toddlers with us. Although we were given shower towels for each person, floor towels and hand towels were not provided. And like almost every review here, the lady beneath our apartment complained to us about foot noise, so we had to tiptoe the entire time here. The shower head was broken. Lastly, the lack of air conditioner made the stay miserable. Fans were provided, but they werent enough even with windows open.

  : Although stairs were mentioned the information was deceptive . 4 floors of old wooden stairs with no info on how to turn on lights . person who came to deliver keys provided no info on where linens and towels were located, how to operate appliances. info package only in French Would not recommend unless you are young and strong Owner was contacted via text messages and stopped replying after two requests for info. A take it leave attitude.

  : It is close to the Church (15-min walk) and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Free parking is available a couple of blocks from the apartment.
