  : The location is just in the town centre and the Sanctuary is around 5 minutes walk. I have booked for one night for me and my daughter. It was great value for money. The beds were very comfortable. They offer breakfast and dinner as well.
  : It was a bit smelly in the bathroom but apart from that everything was OK

  : Dont frequent this dark place, where hate, cruelty and domination reign . I strongly feel I was belittled, dominated, insulted and mistreated by the employees working at this hotel. I was shocked by the cruel and sadistic behavior of at least four people working there. Many of the staff appear to be racist. When I called the manager to discuss the matter, she was accusatory, hostile and repeatedly hung up on me. I have reported them to the police and intend to report them to SOS Racism.When I previously posted a negative review, I was penalized. I was given a very unpleasant room, right across from the noisy elevator and was unable to sleep. When I asked why this was done to me, i was subjected to a disrespectful and aggressive interrogation.Now they tell me I am blocked from ever using the hotel again. They claim I accused them of stealing. Far from true. This is the type of personnel that this hotel chain employs - cruel and heartless individuals who must win at all cost. They must crush and utterly ruin other people. They are capable of twisting the truth and banding together to destroy an innocent person.I am in mourning for my mother and daughter who died on the same day. I came to Lourdes to pray, meditate and seek God. But the employee working at this hotel have worked hard to make my stay at Lourdes a living Hell. By blocking me from an inexpensive hotel, I must spend more on another hotel and eat less. These sadistic people have added so much misery to my life. Lying on me, quarreling with me, making me the focus of their unhealthy, vicious lies and rumors!Isnt it very strange to want to create so much trouble and sorrow for a strange? For me, the only explanation can be that they are extremely racist and Anti-American.
