  : The property was good but before we arrived they changed the location we selected to another one near a highway which was very noisy

  : The Apartment was very neat located in a quiet envoronment. The apartment rep contacted me and made sure it was very easy to get the key to the apartment upon my arrival. The apartment is close to a train station which made accessing Central London very easy. The contact/representative was very accessible and responsive all through our stay at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and all functional utensils and equipment.
  : The front door was very difficult to lock. The key needs to be fixed.

  : Clean and comfortable, with pretty much everything you need for a stay. Walking distance to a Sainsbury Local and just a few bus stops away from a large Morissons supermarket. Being close to bus stops made for easy access to tube and central London.
  : Wasn't much not to like really. Apartment was a bit small compared to what I'm use to and where i'm from, but is pretty standard size for UK/London in general, unless you fork out a lot more money.

  : Ramona was an excellent communicator and helped us with all our questions! The apartment is well taken care of, clean, and safe. Nice having a secure parking garage. Great location: walkable to several pubs and restaurants; close to public transport at Kew Bridge and Gunnersbury stations. Very short walk to a Sainsbury grocery store and a Costa Coffee Shop. Comfortable beds, lots of space, large kitchen, great shower. Plenty of outlets. Nice having 2 bedrooms and two baths.
  : For four people, it would have been nice to have 2 extra chairs in the living room area; theres only a sofa. Two nice balconies (3rd Floor view)would be nice to have one or two chairs on the balcony. These items were not supplied: paper towels and box of tissues; bar soap in the bathrooms; rubbish bins in the bathrooms; no hand towels in bathrooms; no laundry detergent. Also, for 4 people we just had one key; would be nice to have one extra set.

  : The apartment is in a pleasant neighborhood, only half hour taxi ride from Heathrow, and the exterior surroundings are nicely kept. It has 2 full baths and larger bedrooms which was comfortable.
  : The weather was very hot and on arrival, it was clear the apartment had been closed up for awhile because it was very hot. When I contacted rental company about AC, I was told there was none. By the next day, we figured out what we'd thought were dehumidifiers were portable AC units (2 of them), so we hooked them up and were able to keep temp barely tolerable. Also there were only 3 small bath towels provided; no kitchen linens at all. There were no explanations of how to use appliances or washer/dryer so we struggled to get them to work, using Google resources. Some written guidance would've helped alot. There was no tea kettle, no pitcher, no detergent for dishwasher. The bedroom linens didn't seem fresh and one bathroom sink still had toothpaste in it. The living area and balcony were comfortable. Could use more than 1 chair on balcony.
