  : The photos and description for this accommodation are very misleading. Breakfast is not available as stated on the advert. The bedroom and bathroom are dirty. The stairs to the rooms at the top are dangerous and very steep. You are next to the Turnham Green overground station and trains run every minute. Trains honk their horns regularly. Trains start before 5am and run until at least 1am. Its very noisy. The room was hot and insufficient curtain material allows light through early morning. One of the windows was extremely difficult to open. The only plug socket is on the wall behind the fridge. The dirty fridge was balanced on a damaged table with a leg bent underneath. The floor was dirty with greasy looking marks and hair. The skirting is thick with dust. I did not go bare foot. The dirt and dust behind the fridge area is shocking. If that fridge is switched on, it is a fire hazard. The bathroom is dirty. The shower cubicle is filthy and pubic hair was present. It is not possible to shower as the water only trickles out of the tiny shower head. There are no toiletries, so no shower gel. There was liquid soap for hand washing on the basin. The bedroom has no mirror. The terrace outside room 8 is full of cigarette butts, broken equipment, furniture and an old toothbrush. We paid almost 200 for two nights! I did approach the company for a refund to no avail.
