  : I tell you but I did not like having been in this place, firstly the phone number they provide does not work, secondly they sent me a message saying that my key would be under the mat of the door of my avitation which was not in said place I spent looking for my key and making calls and nothing worked, until I checked the mats of other avitations and what do you think I found my key there, I'm sorry but they need to improve in many aspects

  : Close to a small shopping area. Right on the beach as they say.
  : Older buildings with thin floors. Paperwork says to be courteous of your downstairs neighbor. Yea right. 2nd night had to listen for over 4 hours of furniture dragging around as if they were rearranging the room. Banging drawers. Dragging something on the floor. Heavy foot stomping. By 10 pm I had to call the office and complain. Dragging banging noise did finally stop but not the foot stomping. Must of walked 20 miles in the room. By 11 pm they finally stopped walking around because I could hear the squeaking bed evertime they got on and off it. Then the loud TV volume started.

  : We really liked it, but you need to make an educated decisionthis hotel is not for everyone. Every room has a great view. Our room had a full kitchen, and an extra attached bedroom. We easily moved the kitchen table over to the large ocean view windowit was a great room. There is tons of space, including a large closet. There is dedicated beach access, and the beach is much less crowded than other Lincoln City beaches because there is only one other small hotel nearby. Against expectation, the drip coffee was fine, but use half the coffee pot water per coffee packet (six coffee cups).
  : However, wifi was not in range. The couch was horriblesitting in the middle cushion is light sodomy. The exterior of the hotel is quite shabby. The shower head is very low. The interior is fine, but definitely not glamorous. This is not a hotel room that will impress people, but again, we liked it.

  : The view is amazing with private access to the beach. The rooms are dated, I didn't really interact with any staff members, and the place looks like it's falling apart. Let's just say I wouldn't go there on a honeymoon. Basically it was no frills and weathered. Classic Oregon coast!
  : Hard to expect much more. It's Lincoln City after all.
