  : The ocean view was exceptional. The manor is located on a cliff above the beach with an amazing ocean view.
  : An elevator. 2 flights of stairs to manage with luggage or just going in and out. Don't recommend for older people, we are in our seventies and thought we were fit. The 2 person spa was a draw, until we tried to get out of it. Extremely slippery. Another draw was the fireplace, which we couldn't use even though the daytime outside temps were in the 60s the room was a constant 69-70, had to leave the sliding glass door to the deck cracked open to cool it down. No dishes or silverware so all meals were eaten out, meaning up and down the stairs. Nowhere to sit except 2 dining chairs inside and 2 patio chairs on the deck.

  : I was blown away by the view, privacy, and atmosphere. It was ultimate solitude.
  : It could have clarified to check the in at a different location ahead of time.

  : i liked that it was right on the beach, and the hot tub was amazing
  : They said the room would be ready at 4, it wasn’t ready until 5:30, and then our upstairs neighbors were so loud that we had to leave early to get some sleep

  : love the beachfront view
  : Heater didn’t work when we got there. the room was 45 degrees and maintenance came and helped turn it back on. It took about 3 hours to get the room up to 65 degrees during the storm so it was freezing until then. we called the front desk (to the hotel, we were at the manor) and someone was supposed to deliver a portable heater but never showed or called to tell us they weren’t going to show.

  : pubic hair in bathtub, was suppose to be smoke free but neighbors smoking on deck and up vacuuming at 6 am. room was not as expected for money it cost the value was not there. had to drive across town to return keys and to get clean towels
