  : This was one of the comfiest beds I have slept in ever, I had a great nights sleep.The breakfast was excellent, really enjoyed it.Staff on reception were delightful.The architecture of the building was lovely too.
  : Although ok, the towels could be of better quality.Some of the paintwork on the doors and windows needs touching up.

  : The small room we were 'upgraded' to. Would have preferred a larger room, not bothered about City Square view or Roadworks view at all. Very disappointed at the size of the room.NOT BEING TOLD WHEN SPEAKING TO RECEPTION EN ROUTE THAT CITY SQUARE WAS CLOSED OFF AND WE COULD NOT EVEN PARK OUTSIDE TO DROP OFF LUGGAGE, ETC, WE THEREFORE HAD A VERY STRESSFUL TIME IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC TRYING TO FIND SOMEWHERE TO DROP OFF OUR LUGGAGE AND THEN TO FOLLOW OUR SAT NAV TO Q-PARK INCLUDING, EXEMPT TIME ZONES, LEEDS LOOP (whatever that is!), NO ENTRY SIGNS AND ROAD CLOSED SIGNS AND BUS LANES. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND TOOK US AGES OF GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES.WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARNED OF THE DISRUPTION ON THE PHONE AND TOLD TO GO TO THE CAR PARK FIRST AS CITY SQUARE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC. SUCH A SIMPLE SOLUTION WHICH WAS NOT USED.

  : Location couldn’t be any better. The hotel is bang in the middle of Leeds and connected to the train station. There wasn’t a single noise from the trains. The shower was nice and powerful and the room was smart, clean, and spacious. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was great.
  : Honestly, I can’t really think of anything. If I had to be picky, the toilet seat was a bit loose and sat out at an angle.

  : Friendly attentive knowledgeable staff that wanted to make your stay good. Nothing too much trouble and took an interest in customer. Well equipped roof. No fuss WiFi. Station access. Well done.

  : Fantastic and helpful staff. The bar/reception and lounge areas were wonderfully decorated and had a great atmosphere. Tastefully done. A great hotel right in the heart of Leeds. Being able to walk from the station into the hotel, was a bonus and 'wow' factor.
  : Our room was okay, but very plain, no.art, no information about the restaurant, breakfast or bar areas. There was a crack in the cornice. Lights all worked on a single circuit, so if you switched off one light, sll the lights went off. You could not just keep the bedside lights on. The bathroom was fine, and the toiletries good. It's such a pity as the hotel has wonderful staff and lovely communal areas. The rooms need to reflect that. I would still recommend it to friends, family, and colleagues.

  : I loved the communal area as you walk off the street into the building. Some lovely features and very comfortable meeting pointOur room was comfortable and clean. The beds ensured a good nights sleep. I did notice a bit of damp on one wall but overall was a good stay.The breakfast had a good choice and was hot.
