  : The check in process was rather long winded and I wouldn't have booked it if I'd known I was going to have to a holding fee. I wasn't happy with that.

  : I booked a room (Room 201) at Mansio Suites for tonight, but upon arrival, I found the room was already occupied. Despite waiting for 45 minutes, I received no assistance as there was no receptionist available, and the only staff present was a security guard who could not resolve the issue. I paid 119 for the room and a 200 deposit. Due to the lack of assistance, I was forced to book another room at the Radisson. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my booking at Mansio Suites as my experience was highly unsatisfactory and the service was unacceptably poor

  : Said 2 beds one normal one small. Instead there were two small doubles so one person had to sleep on the floor. Not ideal at all

  : Not a huge amount. The shower was good, rooms arent adjoining which gives more privacy.
  : Very unclean communal areas which seemed very uncared for and was unbearably hot. The apartment itself smelled of cigarettes, and is directly opposite office windows where they can see directly into the apartment.

  : Great location, clean and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of the City Centre
  : Only slight negative is that because the apartment is centrally located it was a bit noisy when the late night revellers are on their way home.
