  : Very modern and everything is done with excellent taste, from the choice of furniture to the taps. Just by the sea a few minutes from the centre. Nice pool area and easy parking. Wifi worked really well and beds were comfortable.
  : The service was not good. Cleaning was supposed to be done in the middle of the stay but only towels were changed once (we stayed a week). When the bin was full we were advised to bring the garbage ourselves to the city bin, some hundred meters down the road. We had to ask for another pillow several times and finally went down to pick it up ourselves. A real espresso coffee machine would also be expected at this level of quality residence (only a tiny filter coffee maker available).It should also be made clear that the train rail passes a few meters from the balconies. Only a few trains per day, but it is still better to know than to get the surprise (and beware that the first train passes at 7.40 in the morning with a lot of noise as it approaches the station). Lastly Booking need to separate this living from the other Saletta Residence in Ile Rousse since they are in different places. The booking confirmation had the wrong address indicated which was an issue as we arrived late and ended up in the wrong place.

  : Residence Saletta Mare is perfect place for holiday. It is very modern and new accomodation, very well furnished and fully equipped. The staff is very helpfull. If you ask for some travel tips, they will cover you with an abundance of informations. Beach and sea is in walking distance, app. 10 minutes walk. Also city center is on walking distance. Beach is really great, the entrance to the sea is very gradual, optimal for children. We enjoyed our summer family vacation and can recommend Saletta Mare.

  : Newish, modern design, ocean view, short stroll to boardwalk and town center yet in a quiet neighborhood. It Had protected parking with two free charging stations. Someday our fellow citizens will learn to share these spots instead of simply plugging in and staying put for 2-3 days; ugh! Modern design, plumbing and fixtures. Nice galley kitchen with small dorm-style refrigerator. Short walk to the beach and its 3 restaurant/bar options. There are also many beautiful isolated beaches a short drive from town so dont feel you are stuck if the local beach is too crowded. The buildings infinity-style swimming pool is large and nice and well used with a big shallow section for kiddies yet enough left for moderate adult lap swimming. Oh and there is a big modern grocery on the edge of the other side of town. Much like a US Wegmans or Whole Foods. Variety, quality, scale and plenty of ready to eat fresh items. Large fresh fish section. The Nice ferry docks at ille Rousse so next time we may skip the car rental and ferry, taxi to the condo and not go anywhere for the duration
  : Yes the regional commuter train (no freight) passes 20 meters from the building between the beach and the building. It happened twice a day and is only 2-3 passenger cars so its gone quickly. Yes its not silent but I like trains so its passing was always a thrill. The communal breakfast/coffee room is best for coffee and is self serve. The cleaning staff maintains it and they get busy with turnovers so refilling water or emptying the grounds can be self serve (no problem) after one figures out where the water is (my room) and how the grounds are stored internally (Google the owners manual and keep the PDF handy) and sis I mention the cleaning and reception staff is universally cheerful and helpful? They are superb. The Wi-Fi signal was ok strong and local cell service was robust.
