  : I couldn’t even get to it . The front desk agent told me since I wouldn’t be there in time for check in that I had to pay a over night /first night fee(which was charged to my card ) he then called me back and said that the full amount wasn’t processing and that I had to book another stay because the first one would be canceled due to an audit at midnight . So I went back on booking. Dot com and rebooked the same stay and paid it full and the front desk clerk said that it didnt matter if I paid online if I wasn’t there in person with a physical card that I would be canceled . So I ended up with a double booking , because the first one didn’t cancel likeHow he said it would and I’m still out of 140 dollars . I will never use this site again. Or this hotel . I was left stranded . Thank God another Hotel was able to accommodate me or else I wouldn’t have had anywhere to go until 3 pm when it was time for my meeting.

  : The cleanliness and the location.
  : First , the receptionist at the night shift was rude. They charged me one night twice and then the second there was no electricity for about two hours.

  : It was ideal for us considering that we travelled for more than 30 hours to get to New Orleans and therefore needed an ideal place to spend the night that was very close to the airport.
  : We need a rubber mat for the bathtub for when we are taking showers. The bathtub is slippery when you stand and take a shower and an accident waiting to happen.

  : My family and I flew in to meet my sister who is staying in NOLA for a few weeks. We wanted something affordable, somewhere that included breakfast and had a pool as well. The people at the front desk were helpful and housekeeping were very friendly and didn't mind giving us extra towels. The pool are was okay, we used in 2 times out of 7 days that we were there. The breakfast options was mediocre but was convenient.
  : On the 2nd night there, I saw a bug which was gross. We also had a problem with the bathroom on the 2nd to last day there and told the night shift people, but there was no solution. The bathroom door was accidentally locked around 11:30pm, so we couldn't get in and after numerous complaints, the 2 people at the desk couldn't help us and said, "the maintenance people will be here in the morning, we don't know how to fix that." Anyways 9am the next day, someone came to open the door. This was a very upsetting. Luckily we booked 2 rooms so there was another bathroom available to use. There was a power outage for 2 hrs on one day and another day it went out and came back on frequently. I think this was because it was 106-110°f that week, so I don't think that the hotel was at fault but they should've had a back up generator.
