  : I usually try to find the best in everything, but I really couldn’t find anything good about this hotel. We were there for less than an hour and we had to leave. The young lady at the front desk was very combative and unhelpful. Wanted us to pay an extra “service fee” for housekeeping, pool, breakfast, etc even though we paid for the hotel online in advance.I noticed that the beds were smaller than a queen, even though we booked a double queen room. I was told that this was the only size they had even though I explained that the last hotel we stayed at with queen beds were a lot bigger.She wasn’t originally going to charge us a deposit until we asked for extra pool towels for the kids and all of the sudden she wanted us to pay a deposit. I was never told how much but that they preferred cash. I insisted on paying via card. She had to call the manager to see if I could.After looking in the room, we notice A LOT of things broken or dirty. Moldy and stained sheets, mold on the bed frame and in the fridge. I included pictures of everything. It was room 212 btw.When I went down to ask to check out and get a refund, I was originally told that I couldn’t because we had unmade the beds and they couldn’t sell the room again tonight. After going back and forth, the young lady at the front desk made me a deal that if I saw another room and if I still did not want to stay, she would give me a full refund. I went up to the room and IT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER GUEST!!She then said I could get half of my money back, then all but $20. Then an older lady came in (I assume one of the owners) and she was even more combative than the first.After almost an hour, and the older lady looking at the room, we finally got a full refund.I asked for a receipt. After leaving, we noticed that she gave us a receipt for a completely different guest.Do not stay at this hotel. Their policies are sketchy, rooms are disgusting, and the staff is combative and NOT helpful. I have

  : Our hotel room is very clean was very surprised the ground staff was very good to us
  : The lady that worked in the office at the counter was extremely rude when I went in to ask her for a breakdown on paper that I needed it she would not give it to me I told her I was handicapped and that I would like to have paper for record and she never gave it to me she said she would never did and she was very rude so that's the things you get for being a handicap

  : Horrible area! People doing drugs on the road at the entrance to the hotel. Looked as if they were using needles the way they sitting. Lots of homeless people walking around everywhere. Did not feel safe to stay. Didn?t stay found another place
