  : The proximity to the beach and the walk ability to shops, pier and restaurants.The rooms were clean. Grounds very clean.
  : The bed was terrible for my back. Could have used more towels (2 small towels and 1 wash rag ) for a 3 days stay.. No towels or rags in kitchen for dishes. The rooms got pretty hot since they only supply fans NO AC.

  : It was directly across from the beach.
  : There was no air conditioning. The tiles were cracked and broken. The room was cramped and small. The wall behind the sink was dirty and the paint was peeling. The tiles around the toilet were dirty and broken. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the TV going in the room next door. Very little privacy... people walked right past the window to the room which had to be open because there wasn't any air conditioning. A car pulled in and parked right in front of the room window during the middle of the night.

  : Construction was happening next property over (my stay was in August 2023), so waking up on Wednesday and Thursday morning to construction noise by 8am. Looks like construction will be going strong for another month or two.No AC, so windows needed to be open to cool room, which also means you can hear everyone (people at motel, people walking the street, cars driving by) around you.If you are sensitive to noise when you sleep, consider these situations. Ear plugs will help if you are a person who can sleep with them.
