  : Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Location is perfect. Our room was in excellent condition and clean. Truly a comfortable room. The hot tub and pool are exceptional.
  : HVAC system in the room was annoyingly loud. Food in the hotel restaurant is far overrated and not worth the price. The elevator is in rough shape and slow.

  : Location was very important on this visit to IB. So this hotel’s location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was large, sitting area with really nice views of the ocean, caught a lovely sunset view from there. Loved the sound of waves at night.
  : I didn’t like the fact that you could notice that the whole hotel needs a much overdue scrubbing. From the drive in (and walkway) to the restaurant, elevator and walkways to the rooms all needed to be cleaned, our balcony had previous guests cigarettes ash and butts in corner and the balcony floor was a mess. First morning noticed BIG pool of water in front of refrigerator and refrigerator was not working, told front desk right away, we left for the day to return to find still another pool of water, told front desk again, that night there was still a pool.
