  : Parking spot was included in the stay.
  : The motel itself is well kept from the outside. It’s also pretty large which is nice. Parking lot is VERY tight, so bring a compact car! Rooms were clean but extremely outdated. Pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable, however overall cleanliness was shockingly good! There were people below us smoking a LOT of marijuana in their bathroom, so much so we could visibly see it pouring out of our bathroom vent. I don’t care if people smoke but PLEASE do it outside!!! The appliances provided were so old and outdated. I wouldn’t have used them if I needed to. TINY TV (maybe 24 inches) was pathetic as well. It’s old, outdated, a little trashy, and it’s absolutely no place I would stay for a minute longer than I had to. Hampton Beach as a whole has gotten a lot more sketchy over the years, and I didn’t feel overly comfortable even sleeping in the motel room. That’s no fault of the owners, it’s just the type of people that are drawn to the area. There’s other nice places to stay outside of the in town places that are much more comfortable and certainly nicer/newer shape.

  : The location was good. That was about it.
  : The pool was dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned. There was no wifi. Couldn't find a code to get wifi to work. The rooms were dirty. The ac didn't work they had to use a remote to turn it on. And told us to just unplug it if it got too cold. There is one little light above the tv thats it. The one by the bed did not work all the time
