  : Room was so dirty sheets had stains on them window screen was ripped a/c was missing knobs. Told staff looks like someone had a dog in room there was pet hair on bed I don’t see how anyone would approve of the condition this room was in It was so bad we canceled room on the spot and booked another room.in a different location.

  : The bed was large and comfortable. The deck had a spectacular view. There is a coffee shop right next door that was perfect, this is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of the Hampton Beach vibe.

  : This hotel is about as basic as you can get. The room was very small. The mattress was hard. The worst part was the bathroom. It’s so small you can barely maneuver in there which includes the shower. There’s no room to lift your arms up or bend to wash your lower body.

  : The location was extremely easy to find as well as close to the concert. That’s all I have to say about that.
  : Though the woman who checked us in was sweet you have to ring and wait for them to come from somewhere downstairs. Wait time wasn’t long whatsoever. Not a big deal just kinda creepy lol. The facility is extremely hard to navigate. That god for signs. You can feel a Lizzy Borden vibe throughout the building. The room as a sauna. Smelly like a funeral home after embalming. The bathroom was smaller than Harry Potter’s room under the stairs and not quite a Petrie dish but extremely close. The furniture was at a party Motley Crew threw back in the day. Which I’m guessing why the ceiling looked like a San Francisco quake.The bed would have offended every bear as well as Goldilocks and the princess who slept on a pea. I always put the towels and bedding in a pile so housekeeping has at least one less thing to do. Well that was a mistake. It looked like Colonel Sanders used the gun on a mustard container covering most of the bed. When the bed was done making fake thunder noise from what ever they used to go around the bed I noticed an old earplug as well as the biggest dust bunny show ever! Know before I wrote this customer service was phenomenal at trying to resolve this occurrence. I also contacted the hotel with no response in more than a week. This cost me $$$ and I have the photos to prove it. It’s disheartening when you pay an absorbent amount and get the Jerry’s hole in the wall mouse house.

  : room was ocean front, king size bed . lovely. Only thing is they need to make sure that all is in working order.. I had to ask them to come up 4 times on the first day. Not worth the $300 a night. No coffee maker, no microwave. But in spite of all that it still was a lovely stay.
  : 4 times had to call manager on first day to fix things. no microwave no in room coffee maker. For $300 + a night they could do better.
