  : It was awful! The screen was broken in the window, so I could not open it. There was no mattress cover! The pillows were very small, one bed had two and one bed had three! Each bed should have had four pillows. The elevator was so old and noisy that my adult daughter refused to use it. The room felt so gross we checked for bed bugs before we slept in them. The carpet was sticky on our feet. The entire hotel needs a complete renovation. There were marks and hooks in the walls where pictures used to be. It was totally gross. We would have liked to have checked out immediately, but we couldn’t afford to lose the money. We debated just writing off the money and simply leaving. Anyway, we stayed the one night and made up a story to get out of the second nights reservation. Thank goodness they reimbursed us for the second night!The Quality Inn’s in Canada have always been pretty decent! This one in the States was so awful it completely took us by surprise.

  : Poorly maintained property; bed linens were old & overused; blanket was disgusting with cigarette burns; chemical smell throughout; doors were not aligned - bathroom door did not close & hall door had huge gap; vending machines were completely empty; muffins were old & stale; no fruit or edible food really for the included breakfast; the entire facility was old & worn beyond reasonable use & needs substantial updating; the price was not a bargain at all consider the poor quality of the accommodations
