  : It is outdated and needs some updates. Breakfast was lacking bacon or sausages. Room was not ready upon Checkin

  : The room was next to the owners family who had a dog that barked all night and they cooked foul smelling food in their room ? The owner had young adults talking just outside the room all night long! This place was horrible. We tried to get our money back but the owner refused.
  : I contacted my bank card Wells Fargo and told them how unhappy we were with a dog barking all night and loud kids talking at the door till late night . We left totally frustrated and angry with the owner we would never go back to this hotel.

  : Location was ideal. Easy to find and close to the family we came to visit
  : The front desk workers were rarely available and unfriendly. Upon our initial arrival, I walked in the front doors to check us in. The front desk worker sat in her chair, directly behind the OPEN counter area (I could see her perfectly from the other side of the desk) she was on her phone, looking down at it to watch something. She did not acknowledge me after I stood for a few seconds. After about 10 seconds, WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING UP TO MEET MY EYES, she says "just a minute". We should have left then, and I wish we had.The area around the pool was DANGEROUSLY slippery, once your feet were wet. The first night we stayed, we both slipped, my wife narrowly escaped a bad fall because she happened to slip right by the railing in the shallow end. Had that railing not been there, it could have been a trip to the hospital. We watched other pool patrons slip and fall HARD. This kept us from enjoying the pool & hot tub the rest of the time we stayed.Our mattress was so uncomfortable, we could feel coils in our backs. Upon further inspection, we found that the pillow-top was on the bottom side, having been flipped. Pillow-top mattresses are not meant to be flipped. This only told us that the pillow-top side must have been nasty and stained. We had to request a new room. During the switch from the first room to the second, we left a new sweatshirt hanging in the closet area. Upon discovering this merely 2 hours later, we asked at the front desk. They could not produce the sweatshirt, claiming it must have been thrown away.The room we were moved to DID have a more comfortable bed (pillow-top side up) but the shower would not drain, leaving you standing in 3 inches of water by the end of your shower. Also, the ceiling in the shower was wet, dripping cold water on you as you showered.The continental breakfast was meager to begin with. The only protein available was 2 oz peanut butter cups.

  : Breakfast choices are problem. Coffee is bad.Had leak in bathroom when room above overfilled a sink which drained thru heat lamp in ceiling. Front desk busy with guest check in so got an old towel from them to mop up floor.Have stayed here several times. Why oh why do they persist in short sheeting tutor covers. I know I will have to release sheet and blanket so it will come up to my neck instead of mid chest. K

  : Nothing absolutely nothing. We checked in and checked right back out.
  : It was extremely dirty, smelly and not a place for a family.

  : There was a super friendly woman working the breakfast with her teenage son and daughter. They were so nice. The other employees we encountered working the front desk were mediocre. One woman was glued to her phone and had no personality, although she did respond and hand me a few towels when I asked for them. Good enough for a 2 star motel.
  : We wished there was an elevator. I realize that is not the employees' fault or something to be easily changed. We have three small children and had seven pieces of luggage. Was tricky to carry it all up two flights of stairs. I also stopped to help two elderly ladies up the stairs with their bags at one point. We also didn't like that the side hotel door had been propped open one evening when we walked by it. Seemed to lack security. Also, when we exited that side door at one point during our stay, a glass bottle came hurling our way, seemingly out of nowhere, and barely missed us as we walked by with our 5 year old. It landed on the pavement and shattered a couple feet in front of us. That was a little strange.
