  : was hoping the property would accommodate considering we’ve had nothing but issues since arriving.
  : 1. we had issues booking from the start. then we arrived after driving 2 hours only to have to wait in the parking garage for 40 minutes. they stayed there were signs posted for reserved parking which is not true. come to find out someone was parked in our spot that worked for this company. 2. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3PM. finally a little after 5PM the cleaning lady advised our room was ready (she was the one in our parking spot). 3. we got to our room and the code to enter provided was inaccurate. so we waited again. 4. got in the room and although the cleaning lady just left it does not appear clean at all. 5. this room and layout is completely different than the photos. much smaller. 6. there was trash in the tub

  : For the most part it was quiet and outside of the downtown area. It’s still close enough that things were within walking distance or were able to reach for a short ride on a transit.
  : some stupid person tampering with a fire alarm in their room and being woke up at 2:30 in the morning by someone’s ignorance.
