  : The location is perfect. It’s right in front of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera. Everything in Downtown is reachable in 15 mins walk from the apartment. By the way, Dubai Downtown is a lovely place to walk. The apartment is comfortable and clean. It has a really comfortable bedroom, a pretty spacious living room with a functional kitchen and a small balcony with a partial view of Opera, Fountain and some iconic skyscrapers in the neighborhood. Despite some negative feedbacks here I should say that it’s well maintained. All the issues described were fixed before our arrival. The building itself looks nice and clean, it has 3 swimming pools heated in winter (including pool for kids), gym, sauna, kids playground and a nice green area with sun beds. There’s a reception that works 24/7. Check-in/check-out process was smooth an easy. Our host was friendly and helpful. There are still some small things that could be improved, but anyway this is a really good option to stay in the Downtown.
  : I had some problems with my card to enter the building. The reception girl tried to fix it by activating/deactivating, but it didn’t really help. So, entering the building was a bit annoying. There were not enough towels: we had just 2 big towels and 2 small 2 towels for the family with 2 kids for 5 days. Also, there were no pool towels at all despite that there are 3 pools available on site. Having a bit more tableware would be helpful, too. Also, it was just one small shampoo and body wash which is not enough of course for a family of four.
