: Service is brilliant, lovely property, rooms very comfortable and our housekeeping were excellent. Great location!
: Spa was very average as were the treatments and yet very very expensive. Would visit hotel again but not spa. Also sunbeds get booked with towels so no chance of getting one, lucky to get a cabana some people just had chairs. I havent stayed in a hotel in Dubai before with this kind of towel reserving is accepted.

: location, staff, hotel itself. we requested an early check-in and was accommodated which we were very happy. I also requested a little surprise for my husbands birthday which they did and I am so grateful!
: Nothing(!), though I would have preferred a suite facing the fountain instead of a peripheral (part only) view, but I cant demand for more considering all my other requests were granted. we still had a beautiful view of the souk. we even got a free airport transfer TO the airport; I didnt know it was included in the suite accommodation; i paid for a transfer (separate company) on arrival.

: We could enjoy fountain show from a secret spot behind the pool. Unfortunately, it was difficult to enjoy fountain show from fountain view room.Good room good service. We could hear sound from corrido though Excelellent location from Dubai mall.
