  : I really did not like my stay.
  : It was filthy, I had to clean/disinfect the floor in my room so my infant could crawl around the room. The shower floor mat was wet when I went to go put it down for first use. The pool was also dirty and didn’t look like it received regular cleaning. Trash was overflowing at breakfast and no one came to change it. Staff smokes out front, not attractive to guests. The room was outrageously over-priced for what we got. Disputing charges.

  : The staff was very friendly and accommodating Bri checked is in and was very friendly and made sure that we were all set for a good stay ! I did not get the name of the gentleman who was at the desk for check out but he also was friendly and helpfulThe room was clean and comfortable
  : The shower area needed a little work and the Hot water was barely hot, don’t like to take a cool or warm shower ! Want my shower to be hot !!Water pressure was good though

  : Good price, room was fine (other than the power outlet situation), good location. First employee when we checked in was friendly and helpful.We were very happy that we were able to get a reservation just an hour before arrival.
  : The outlets on the lamp between the two beds were entirely nonfunctional - made it difficult to charge up camera batteries, phones, and to plug in a CPAP machine. The food for the free breakfast was not kept well stocked. The potatoes were not hot (I worried a little about food safety), the scrambled eggs were not very hot, and the sausage that they said they would have when we checked in was not there at all. The waffle batter was all used up. And the guy at the desk in the morning who was on duty seemed to not really care about anything, and he was not particularly pleasant to interact with. Mostly, things were fine, so I'm uncomfortable saying below that it did not meet our expectations. But the situation with the non functional outlets, and the breakfast situation, did not meet the expectations that we had based on our other stays at Comfort Inns at other locations.

  : The insulation between the rooms is bad. Someone above me was awake and running around their room most of the night so I go hardly any sleep. Coffee machine in room did not have all the parts so I could not make coffee in the morning. When I told the staff at the desk, he was not concerned.

  : Even though I booked a King suite and indicated I would be bringing a small dog, they didn’t have a pet friendly room. The front desk had to call to get permission to let us stay. No bath towels, a dirty washcloth covered with poop in the bathroom, urine in the tub, leftover clothes from someone else, a whip. Totally disgusting. The room was dirty.
