  : This property will literally steal from you. I booked and when I got there they wanted to add multiple additional charges. Almost the same cost of the room. I was road weary and left. Unable to read all the ridiculous small print while traveling across country by myself. I didn’t even stay there and they charged the room cost + $40+ dollars more in additional fees. After multiple requests and several weeks they still haven’t sent an invoice.Ultimately might’ve been a blessing I didn’t stay there given the horrible reviews on cleanliness. It was definitely an It was definitely a dark creepy atmosphere on top of creepy guy lurking and staring at me while I was trying to book another hotel in the parking lot. But still feel completely ripped off by the property and booking.com. There are extenuating circumstances for people needing hotels… weather, medical issues etc. The no cancellation policy, especially when you don’t even stay there is basically theft.
