  : Very friendly staff and great location for us - it is out of the city but the location is much calmer. Nice spacious room
  : It would have been great if there were some armchairs or a small couch in the room so you dont have to sit in the bed.

  : Nice value for money. Parking garage underneath the hotel is behind closed doors. Like the fact that the facility has such parking.
  : It stated airco but it actually has central heating. So could not arrange temperature by myself. The windows did open with a bit of force. But the walls are thin. You can hear everything.

  : Fantastic room. Cant fault the cleanliness or facilities. The bed was honestly the most comfortable Ive slept in across any hotel. Perfect firmness and lovely clean sheets. I joked I would have brought the pillow home on the plane if I could! We had a balcony with a view of the street which was neither good nor bad. It was separated from our neighbours by only a plant pot decoration (felt a bit awkward sitting so close outside but this may not matter to you). A lot of good natural light from the big windows. The underground parking was very handy and secure. Especially because it was code-operated and had an elevator right up into the reception. ((We hired a rental car from Autovia through Booking.com which we 100% do not recommend as they charged us hidden extras to get the car when we arrived at the Bergamo airport.)) But that company is not affiliated with this hotel and we felt very safe leaving the rental in their basement. The hotel was around 1hr 30mins drive from the airport on the route avoiding busy Milan. Once we got the hang of driving on the other side of the road, this became a fun road trip and didnt seem as long as it actually was!The lake and central Como were a short 5-min train ride from Como Camerlata station to Como S. Giovanni or Como Nord Lago. The departure station itself was only about a 7-min walk from the hotel. We came in April and got only bad weather which was unlucky. If youre planning to visit the lake, its a balance between going in the summer for better views but long queues or going off-peak but risking the cold, clouds, and potential activity closures. A nice little selection of snacks and essentials were for sale at the front desk too. We would definitely book here again if we were ever back in the region!!
  : The reception staff came across a little bit rude at times. Certainly not all of them, but just one or two of the younger staff seemed to have lack of time for us or just no professionalism. For instance, three people were behind the front desk engaged in a conversation when we arrived and, upon walking in, we assumed we had to check-in on the (actually out-of-hours) machine between the two glass front doors. Staff seemed to have a smirk and eye-roll at our expense. It wasnt a big deal whatsoever, we were called over and it didnt affect the stay but was not the nicest first impression. You cant expect new guests to instantly know your procedures and you wont turn them into returning ones by judging them.There only appeared to be one plug socket available in the whole room! So we rotated and only one of us had a fully charged phone to go out sightseeing with each day. Sounds silly but it became a problem when the phone would die and we couldnt get directions or potentially call for emergencies. Thats the only thing I would change in the room. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together. Again, not a big deal but it wasnt what we were expecting and meant I didnt really sleep beside my partner. At one point, the safe in the room stopped working with our passports and wallets inside. Absolute nightmare situation but a lovely woman came up from the desk to fix it quickly and effectively.

  : There were two lady from housekeeping Named Ms.Guler and Ms. Ayse made our stay very comfortable and so easy, Ms. Guler Also gave us some important tips about the city (where to eat, where to visit etc.) Thanks for everything Ms. Guler and Ms Ayse
