  : It has been a disappointing experience, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, the trash can was with waste from the previous guest, the shower is very small, it does not have a shower control and it is super uncomfortable. The vessel had a stain of dirt on it, even if that stain is not removed, they should change that toilet lid, since it does not look good. The noises from the hallway wake you up in the morning and we went for work, in the morning we needed to rest and it was impossible. When we made our reservation through booking, our trusted channel, we wrote that we needed a company invoice, since the trip was for work. At the exit they told us that they could not do anything, we only asked for a rectification so that we could present it at our work. And they told us that they couldn't do anything, which they gave us as advice that next time we should not only put it in booking but also in the accommodation. Although we had not notified the accommodation that we needed a solution, and they did nothing at all. When we were leaving we had to tell him that it was a very good day, since the treatment and service is zero. The service at the restaurant at breakfast is very good. We will not repeat it again.

  : I appreciate the original structure of the hotel but maybe updating to keycards would help my ease as I was always scared I would either loose the key or forget to give it back to the front desk

  : Hotel is in a brilliant location, easy to access everything in Como. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The staff here are amazing, they were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout, especially after our flights were cancelled and we need to stay an extra day they changed our rooms and helped organise a transfer to the airport. The rooms are a good size and we had a lovely view of the courtyard and mountains.
  : After our original stay we had a room with aircon, we needed to stay an extra night and moved to a room without aircon.
