  : Room comfortable. With good view. Close to the downtown. Perfect shutters, absolutely made dark inside. Convenient to use furniture of the room. Micro oven inside the roomTickets to the submarine museum on sold downstairs in the hotel
  : No kettle in the room. But the micro oven is better to have than a kettle)))

  : beds were really comfortable and clean rooms, with plenty soap and nice towels
  : small bathrooms and tiny showers with shower curtains (not screens)

  : I was refused service, it said on Booking.com that we would have till 21:00 to check in, I had been driving for 16 hours when I got this extremely rude lady on the phone telling me that I would have till 20:00 to get there as the reception would close other wise. Well in the end had to find another hotel late at night, tired, after 16 hour drive and had to pay twice the price, by the way no refund, my advice is DO NOT STAY HERE, go to an ibis hotel or sumthing helse as brit Hotel will refuse service even after you pay.

  : Breakfast was good. Location is not so good as there is nowhere to get a meal locally, and no way of making a drink in the room, or getting one from within the hotel.
  : Limited staff hours.
