  : The location was good. Staff were nice in the hotel.
  : I recently stayed at Neptuno Apartments in Calella, Barcelona, with my partner and baby and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed as the accommodation did not reflect accuratelywhat had been advertised online. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dirt and grime in several areas of the apartment including the cutlery and kitchen delf. The furnishings were outdated and showed signs of wear and tear as well as staining on the sofa bed. The apartment was poorly laid out as we could not get the baby's buggy past the sofa. A light switch was cracked and broken, there was a large clump of hair in the bathroom and the balcony door could not be locked which was very worrying when travelling with a baby who is on the move. I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment on our first day and a cleaner was sent but all I could see that they did was mop the floors. I had to clean all of the cutlery and delf myself after I purchased clothes to do so as the sponge provided was old and tatty.Overall, my experience at Neptuno Apartments fell far short of my expectations, and I cannot recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay.

  : Filthy dirty on arrival with stained bed linen. No washing machine in the apartment despite being listed, WIFI only works in the reception, we asked to speak to a manager but were told they were not available, very disappointing and not representative of the advertised details, Not recommended!
