  : The location was fantastic, providing a peaceful atmosphere yet remaining conveniently close to the city center by car. The hotel's impeccable cleanliness was notable, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The view from our room's balcony was truly breathtaking. Moreover, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the presence of a Smart TV with a fast internet connection added to the overall convenience. The prices were reasonable for Budapest, solidifying it as a highly recommended option for accommodation.
  : I believe that hotels of this caliber should not charge extra for a baby bed. I am confident that after this review, they will reconsider this policy. Additionally, the hotel room was quite warm, and we had to resort to opening the windows at night, despite the outside temperature being around 5 degrees. It would be beneficial for the hotel to address the heating system in the rooms, as the current settings cannot be manually adjusted by guests.

  : Ive asked for the parking, paid an extra fees so secure my place and in the end I needed to park on the street in front of the property and not inside because the place wasnt no longer available.The shower was horrible, water everywhere and nothing to shower with (shampoo shower gel etc).They asked for undefined sum for early check-in (I think was 20 but no one ever confirmed it)We had the fridge in the room but it was empty and there was nothing to eat in the morning, also at the reception.The position was outside the center so it was too expensive (for that price you can find anything in Budapest also in the center).We have asked for changing the dates, once confirmed at the phone the receptionist never made the confirmation on booking, it was like joking around with us, very unprofessional.
