  : Parking was easy and simple, especially because of the pandemic restrictions there were not a lot of guest during the days of our stay. Staff was generally helpful and friendly, the garden looks beautiful (but the building itself and furniture seems a bit outdated)
  : All of our experience is overshadowed by how mister Molnár Gyula (the managing director) handled our issue.In short, we booked the hotel as part a business, part a family trip (2 rooms) right before the pandemic broke out with all the event cancelations and travel restrictions that followed. When we contacted the hotel their first reply was "no money back, just rescheduling" (we had a "non refundable reservation, but I assume when you are not permitted to enter Hungary for example as there is partial or total border closure, a "no show" get's a total different meaning than in regular times") Anyway, they did not care that the main reason (an event) we would be visiting for got cancelled, nor because the 20th August celebration got also cancelled (this was the second reason - time spent with family). Sadly Mr Molnar also used a language and a rhetoric that is totally unacceptable in the hotel industry in my opinion (sometimes he or the hotel just ignores replying, sometimes he gets personal or even insulting between lines, other times there are significant arrogant remarks in his messages. There are plenty of examples in our emails, I will not bother to paste these here).In the second phase, when we "accepted" (had no other option) the "rescheduling offer" and wrote to ask about how that can be arrange, we got a simple reply: "we are sorry, this option is no longer available" (or in other words, they change their minds as they wish). This was despite the fact that in August, Hungary still had strict restriction rules towards some countries (ours included) and most events were cancelled or postponed (Budapest being somewhat deserted). So based on the above mentioned details, make your own conclusions if it's a good idea to book at this place.

  : Pleasant accommodation in the hills above the capital. Quiet location, but close to the center. Convenient parking, good wi-fi. Pleasant breakfast
  : Given the location, I would not recommend accommodation without a car. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

  : The Hotel was clean, nice and cute, had very friendly staffs. Helped us with our luggage from the car to the hotel room.We went by car and the city center is 20 mins drive. They had free parking. Convenient location by car. Free Wifi - good connection in the rooms as well.Great value for money.
