  : The room and the bath room are clean. The location is on the outskirts of the city. 15 minutes drive to the center of Budapest. The location is very quite among 1-2 floored houses, like a country side. Free parking secured by electronic gate.
  : Check-In until 19. That was our experience: We arrived at 19:20, nobody was there. Even though our arrival time was motioned 18-19, we were late, not on our fault, but hotel was already locked, no one of hotel's stuff was there at that time. We just left behind the fence. We couldn't get in. Left behind locked gates. The feeling is not welcoming at all. Tried to call/text/write in booking message chat without success. After 15 minutes waiting outside some lady arrived from outside of the hotel, told us she saw us on security cameras. If that is not enough we realized that the mini bar was empty and not working (we wanted to use as a refrigerator to keep food and medicine products that should be kept refrigerated). Air conditioned rood should be reserved in advance, when we realized that , no air conditioned rooms already left. We get a ventilator, but it wasn't be able to cold the room. It was very hot there. That was our first day of out trip. We booked that hotel also for a night before leaving Budapest in 2 week time, but after the first night have to cancel the second night. Not recommended experience.

  : The location was great. For us it was nostalgic because we were living in that area before.
  : The top floor room had no air conditioning. Heatwave outside. It was warm in the room and there was no fridge, just a cool box. Which was annoying because we usually eat in the evening but you cannot buy stuff and keep it cool there. There is no restaurant at the hotel but we knew that. But a fridge in this situation should be a basic thing. The cool box is not a mini bar. Even if you buy cold water at the reception, it will get warm during the night. The shower had limited hot water. Or you needed to wait for it but my hb never stayed that long there. I tried it for longer because I did not want to shower in cold water, and you need a circa 5 minutes to get it warm. I knew it wasn't too expensive but this place was very outdated. We asked for breakfast, so the receptionist told us that there is no warm food, they serve only continental breakfast. We accepted it (although it was quite poor for 8 euros) but on the last morning they served scrambled eggs at the next table. And we did not understand it.

  : Personal was very friendly , they helped me with locating ATM :) Also local grocery shop was like 30 meters away so it was very good :) It was very friendly and comfortable place to stay/sleepover.
  : The hotel was pretty hidden , but using navigation you can get there easy. Only the hot water wasnt working after 23:00 but i understand that :)
