  : It was not perfect. The bathroom kept running water. When I asked to change rooms, I pretended not to understand. The room was still in the basement. It was very bad.

  : Good location close to subway station. 30 minutes to central NYC.Great welcome and greeting from staff. Storage for luggage was appreciated. Vending machine available.The tobacco odour mentioned in other reviews, was now over-taken by too much air freshener. This gave us sneezing fits, during and after our stay.The hotel is situated in a interesting mixed ethnic area. Opposite is a gas station . 15 minute walk to take out food.Our room was larger than expected, clean and tidy, plenty of room for suitcases. Lower ground floor.No issues with outside environment or guest noise.We would stay here again if visiting New York in the future.

  : The room was disgusting and smelled like smoke it was tiny and had holes in the walls and door broke and plastered back together all the towels were nasty
