  : There was a room available at the last minute. The checking was fast and easy.
  : There were roaches in my room. They were coming from different parts of the room.

  : - We were double charged (city taxes) when checking in.- The room was poorly cleaned, and the place lacked maintenance.- Very loud place, especially during night, the cleaning stuff was working during night, dragging bags and buckets, opening and closing doors. At 1 am, I went out to figured out what was the issue, they didn’t even apologize and continued “working” they were even picking up phone calls very close our room door.- No emergency exits are signalized, there is no evacuation map on the door.When checking out, we complained at the reception, where we were told the situation wouldn’t repeat, too bad since we only stayed one night.
