  : Location - housekeeping was great.
  : Staff talking among themselves when guest present, staff not professionally trained it felt like on many levels. There was a key card elevator issue that kept coming up. The woman at front desk told me I was doing it wrong without checking first herself to make sure it indeeded worked. It didn’t not once again work the elevator key card. Then went on to ask me if I know what floor I’m on, as if I was pushing the wrong button even after this whole situation she never owned up to being wrong, so weird. Saying the customer, hotel guest was doing something wrong when obviously it’s the system and your lack of follow through. Also, pool staff doesn’t nothing but stand and talk among themselves and the music keeps going on and off because it’s Bluetooth on a roof… umm how about someone figure out a different way to play music without constant dropping of songs? All this for a 22% tip already included in your bill. Sorry, no it was not up to par at all. Lack of professionalism again.

  : We were in room 530 which was one floor above the swimming pool and lounge. We were not able to go to sleep until 10 pm when the banging of the subwoofer music stopped. Tough room assignment for seniors (77) You should advise of the situation when checking in.

  : Entrance tucked in, off the street, parking garage at the same location, staff at desk, rooftop pool and bar were fantastic!
  : The room was okay,, the bathroom was too small for 2 to use,, the beds were way too low to the floor, and the mattress was miserably hard, horrible night of sleep!

  : Massively disruptive party on Friday night, staff weren’t concerned about guest behaviour. Hotel evacuation alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Hugely inflexible attitude to late check out, even for IHG frequent guests

  : First of all, the location in Brooklyn is great - right next to the subway, where the L train will take you into Manhattan in 15 minutes.The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower water was a good pressure and the temperature could be controlled easily.The rooftop pool and bar is a nice addition, particularly at sunset.
  : I found the attitude of staff working there variable; some were very friendly and helpful, whilst others showed barely-disguised rudeness.The speed of service in the rooftop bar also varies.Be aware that the rooms are cleaned in the evening, and we had to request cleaning after returning on the first day of our stay and finding that the room wasn't cleaned.
