  : You get what you paid for.
  : When we arrived at 4pm and requested our room, the man on the reception asked us if we could go for a walk since our room was not ready yet. Also he informed us that they have limited working hours and they lock the hotel at 11pm and they open at 7 or 8 in the morning. He gave me a card with his number on it and told me that he's going to call before they lock the doors to check if we're still out and if it's needed to wait for us. He did not call and we had to call him multiple times - he was hanging up and leaving the phone to ring. My significant other and I called in total 10 times. There were other people wanting to get in as well. I am not sure that this is the best policy especially - what if there's an emergency? Are we supposed to wait for this person to pick up the phone so we can go out or get in when we paid for the room? Unacceptable! I will never stay at this hotel again and I advise you to ask when they'll lock the door and if they're going to let you back in before you pay.

  : Couldn't sleep all night, due to other tenants having a party in their rooms. Staff didn't really help much with the that.
