  : Fantastic location with pool, super hotel, friendly staff, reasonable price. We stayed 4 nights, end of March 2024. This was our second visit. We had been here before in 2021, at the end of covid.
  : There is not much to complain about, but It is difficult to communicate in English in the restaurant because the staff does not speak much English. They are very kind and friendly but some basic English would help. In the end, we showed pictures of what we would like to order.

  : Reception and restaurant Personal are friendly, hotel location is nice, nature and quite, spa is ok, dinner is very good and tasty.
  : First day breakfast was disappointed, no Buffet only some bread and cheese, which is not fit to hotel ads shown. Outdoor Pool is in mainteinance which can not be used.Hotel price quality is not 4 Star expected.

  : -the receptionist was very pleasant and professional - great view if you are in a room where you can see it-quiet and peaceful because there are no other hotels around-the food in the restaurant was delicious
  : -the pool was cold, and it was soaking wet everywhere around it-the massage was very disappointing- no value for money at all- the bathroom was tiny and getting full of water when you shower, so everything is wet for a long time-almost all rooms have great views on the mountain and although the hotel was not full, we were in one of the few rooms looking at another building, parking and over the kids' playground (we were with no kids) on the first floor-not wheelchair/stroller accessible with so many stairs even in the restaurant which is small. May be it is better when there are tables outside-breakfast was not refilled until the end -no service of bulgrarian mobile providers

  : Some rooms will only face parking, outdoor pool closes already at 7 pm, spa procedures even earlier. Staff at soa and reception could be more polite (the restaurant staff was very accomodating)
